WP系列蝸輪蝸桿減速機(jī)

一、WP鑄蝸輪蝸桿減速機(jī)概述：
    WP蝸輪蝸桿減速機(jī)是在wd減速機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的，蝸桿采用45#優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼經(jīng)熱處理加工制造，蝸輪用錫青銅鑄制而成，耐磨性能良好，尤其在承載能力上更加明顯，主要適用于塑料、冶金、飲料、礦山、起重運輸、化工建筑等各種機(jī)械設(shè)備的減速傳動。

二、WP鑄鐵蝸輪蝸桿減速機(jī)特點：
    1、傳動平穩(wěn)、振動、沖擊和噪音均小，減速比大，通用性廣，能與各種機(jī)械設(shè)備配套使用。
    2、能以單級傳動獲得較大的傳動比，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，大部分型號減速機(jī)有較好的自鎖性，對有制動要求的機(jī)械設(shè)備能節(jié)省制動裝置。
    3、蝸桿螺牙與蝸輪齒面的嚙合摩擦損耗較大，因此傳動效率要比齒輪低，容易發(fā)熱和溫度較高。
    4、對潤滑和冷卻要求較高一些。
    5、互配性好，蝸輪蝸桿均按國家的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造，軸承、油封等均用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。
    6、箱體型式有基本型（箱體為帶有底腳板的立式或臥式兩種結(jié)構(gòu)）和萬能型（箱體為長方體，多面設(shè)有固定螺孔，不帶底腳板或另裝底腳板等多種結(jié)構(gòu)型式）
    7、輸入軸聯(lián)接方式有基本型（單輸入軸及雙輸入軸）、帶電機(jī)法蘭兩種。
    8、輸出、輸入軸位置方向有輸入軸在下及在上；輸出軸向上及向下；輸入軸向上及向下。
    9、可用2臺或3臺減速機(jī)組成多級減速機(jī)，以獲得極大的傳動比。

三、WP鑄鐵蝸輪蝸桿減速機(jī)工作條件：
    1、蝸輪減速機(jī)的蝸桿轉(zhuǎn)速不能超過1500r/min。
    2、工作環(huán)境溫度為-40℃-+40℃，當(dāng)工作環(huán)境溫度低于0℃時，起動前潤滑油必須加熱至0℃以上，當(dāng)工作環(huán)境溫度高于40℃時，必須采取冷卻措施。
    3、蝸輪減速機(jī)入軸可正反轉(zhuǎn)動。
四、注意事項：
    1、蝸輪軸絕對不能作輸入軸使用。
    2、配套電機(jī)（即功率）不能超過標(biāo)牌規(guī)定的數(shù)值。

    3、如用戶要改變?nèi)胼S方向，可拆卸下軸二端蓋，取出蝸桿軸，調(diào)節(jié)180。裝入即可。按裝時不可硬敲，可慢慢傳動二軸，使之嚙合。

1、 Overview of WP cast worm gear reducer:
WP worm gear reducer is developed on the basis of WD reducer. The worm gear is made of 45 # high-quality steel through heat treatment and manufacturing, and the worm gear is cast with tin bronze. It has good wear resistance, especially in terms of bearing capacity. It is mainly suitable for reducing the transmission of various mechanical equipment such as plastics, metallurgy, beverages, mines, lifting transportation, chemical construction, etc.

2、 Features of WP cast iron worm gear reducer:
1. Smooth transmission, low vibration, impact, and noise, high reduction ratio, wide versatility, and can be used in conjunction with various mechanical equipment.
2. It can achieve a larger transmission ratio through single-stage transmission, with a compact structure. Most models of reducers have good self-locking, and can save braking devices for mechanical equipment with braking requirements.
3. The meshing friction loss between the worm screw teeth and the worm gear tooth surface is relatively large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of gears, which is prone to heating and higher temperature.
4. Higher requirements for lubrication and cooling.
5. Good compatibility, the worm gear and worm gear are manufactured according to national standards, and standard parts are used for bearings, oil seals, etc.
6. There are two types of box body types: basic type (the box body is a vertical or horizontal structure with a bottom board) and universal type (the box body is a rectangular body with fixed screw holes on multiple sides, without a bottom board or with a separate bottom board)
7. There are two types of input shaft connection methods: basic type (single input shaft and double input shaft) and with motor flange.
8. The position direction of the output and input shafts includes the input shaft at the bottom and top; Output axis up and down; Input axis up and down.
9. Two or three reducers can be used to form a multi-stage reducer to achieve a maximum transmission ratio.

3、 Working conditions of WP cast iron worm gear reducer:
1. The worm speed of the worm gear reducer cannot exceed 1500r/min.
2. The working environment temperature is -40 ℃ -+40 ℃. When the working environment temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting. When the working environment temperature is above 40 ℃, cooling measures must be taken.
3. The input shaft of the worm gear reducer can rotate in both forward and reverse directions.
4、 Notes:
1. The worm gear shaft must not be used as an input shaft.
2. The supporting motor (i.e. power) cannot exceed the value specified on the label.
3. If the user wants to change the direction of the shaft, they can remove the two end covers of the lower shaft, take out the worm shaft, and adjust it by 180 degrees. Simply install it. Do not knock hard during installation, but slowly drive the two shafts to engage.
