  螺旋錐齒輪轉向箱有單軸、雙橫軸、單縱軸、雙縱軸可選。    
  齒輪：齒輪采用優(yōu)質高純凈度合金剛20CrMnTiH滲碳淬火，及研磨而成；   
        轉向箱機殼采用高剛性FC-25鑄鐵鑄造；   
  主軸：軸類采用合金剛調質、高懸重負荷能力；   
  軸承：配備重負荷能力的滾錐軸承；    
  油封：雙封唇片的油封、兼具防塵及防漏油的能力；    
  潤滑：適當?shù)臐櫥�油使用，可以發(fā)揮轉向機的效率，并提高其運轉的壽命。   
        a. 初期使用二周或100-200小時，為初摩耗期，這之間可能有少許金屬摩耗粉粒，請務必清潔內部，并換新潤滑油。    
        b.長期使用時，每半年-一年或1000-2000小時更換一次潤滑油

The steering box casing is cast with high rigidity FC-25 cast iron;

Main shaft: The shaft type adopts alloy steel quenching and tempering, with high hanging load capacity;

Bearings: equipped with tapered roller bearings with heavy load capacity;

Oil seal: a double sealed lip oil seal with the ability to prevent dust and oil leakage;

Lubrication: Proper use of lubricating oil can enhance the efficiency of the steering gear and improve its operational lifespan.

a. The initial wear period is two weeks or 100-200 hours of use, during which there may be a small amount of metal wear powder particles. Please be sure to clean the interior and replace with new lubricating oil.

b. When used for a long time, replace the lubricating oil every six months to one year or 1000-2000 hours
