產(chǎn)品概述：
轉(zhuǎn)向箱又名換向器、轉(zhuǎn)向器，是一種動(dòng)力傳達(dá)機(jī)構(gòu)，是減速機(jī)中的一個(gè)系列，在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域有很廣泛的應(yīng)用。轉(zhuǎn)向箱目前已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)格多樣化。轉(zhuǎn)向箱有單軸、雙橫軸、單縱軸，雙縱軸可選。速比1:1、1.5:1、2:1、2.5:1、3:1、4:1、5:1全部為實(shí)際傳動(dòng)比。轉(zhuǎn)向箱可以正反運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，低速或高速傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。轉(zhuǎn)向箱當(dāng)速比不是1:1時(shí)，橫軸輸入、縱軸輸出為減速，縱軸輸入、橫軸輸出為增速。
產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：
1、機(jī)殼：采用高鋼性FC-25鑄鐵鑄造；
2、齒輪：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高純凈度合金鋼50CrMnT調(diào)質(zhì)加工，經(jīng)滲碳淬火處理及研磨而成；
3、主軸：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高純凈合金鋼40Cr調(diào)質(zhì)加工，具備高懸重負(fù)荷能力。
4、軸承：配備具重負(fù)荷能力的滾錐軸承；
5、油封：采用進(jìn)口雙唇油封，具有極高的防塵防漏油能力。
性能特點(diǎn)：
1、T系列螺旋傘齒輪轉(zhuǎn)向箱，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，多品種，速比全部為實(shí)際傳動(dòng)比，平均效率達(dá)98% 。
2、螺旋傘齒輪轉(zhuǎn)向箱有單軸、雙橫軸、單縱軸、雙縱軸可選。 
3、齒輪轉(zhuǎn)向箱可以正反運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，低速或高速傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，而且噪聲低，振動(dòng)小，承受力大。
4、當(dāng)速比不為1：1時(shí)，橫軸輸入、縱軸輸出為減速，縱軸輸入、橫軸輸出為增速。

安裝前注意事項(xiàng)：
1、轉(zhuǎn)向箱在使用前應(yīng)對(duì)安裝軸進(jìn)行清洗，并檢查安裝軸是否有碰傷、污物，若有應(yīng)全部清除干凈。 
2、轉(zhuǎn)向箱的使用溫度為 0～40 ℃。 
3、檢查與轉(zhuǎn)向箱聯(lián)接的孔的配合尺寸是否符合要求，孔的公差應(yīng)為H7。 
4、使用前應(yīng)將最高位處的堵塞換上排氣螺塞，保證轉(zhuǎn)向箱運(yùn)行時(shí)排出體內(nèi)氣體。

安裝與維護(hù)：
1、轉(zhuǎn)向箱只能安裝在平的、減震的、抗扭的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)上。 
2、在任何情況下，不允許用錘子將皮帶輪、聯(lián)軸器、小齒輪或鏈輪等敲入輸出軸上，這樣會(huì)損壞軸承和軸。
3、轉(zhuǎn)向箱安裝后，檢查是否靈活。正式使用請(qǐng)必須進(jìn)行空載試驗(yàn)，在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常的情況下，再逐步加載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 
4、轉(zhuǎn)向箱嚴(yán)禁超過額定載荷使用。 
5、轉(zhuǎn)向箱在使用前和工作中應(yīng)檢查油位是否正常。

潤(rùn) 滑：
1、初期使用二周或100-200小時(shí)，為初摩耗期，這之間可能有少許金屬摩耗粉粒，請(qǐng)務(wù)必清潔內(nèi)部，并換新潤(rùn)滑油。 
2、長(zhǎng)期使用時(shí)，每半年至一年或1000-2000小時(shí)更換一次潤(rùn)滑油。
3、轉(zhuǎn)向箱潤(rùn)滑油采用中國(guó)石油全效齒輪油90-120度，低轉(zhuǎn)速、輕負(fù)荷條件，建議采用全效齒輪油90度，重負(fù)荷、高溫的條件，建議采用全效齒輪油120度。

Precautions before installation:
1. Before using the steering box, the installation shaft should be cleaned and checked for any scratches or dirt. If any, they should be completely removed.
2. The operating temperature of the steering box is 0-40 ℃.
3. Check whether the fitting size of the hole connected to the steering box meets the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole should be H7.
4. Before use, the blockage at the highest position should be replaced with an exhaust plug to ensure that the gas inside the steering box is discharged during operation.

Installation and maintenance:
1. The steering box can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion resistant support structure.
2. Under no circumstances is it allowed to use a hammer to drive pulleys, couplings, small gears, or sprockets onto the output shaft, as this will damage the bearings and shaft.
3. After installing the steering box, check for flexibility. For official use, it is necessary to conduct a no-load test, and gradually load and operate it under normal operation.
4. It is strictly prohibited to use the steering box beyond the rated load.
5. The steering box should be checked for normal oil level before use and during operation.

Lubrication:
1. The initial wear period is two weeks or 100-200 hours of use, during which there may be a small amount of metal wear powder particles. Please be sure to clean the interior and replace with new lubricating oil.
