精密行星減速機

精密行星減速機主要為伺服電機/步進電機專用，最大特點為高精度、傳遞能力大,當(dāng)然也可以配直流電機、單相電機、同步電機及各類三相異步電機等動力源。精密行星減速機采用行星齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，采用高性能合金鋼特殊熱處理，法蘭等為鋁合金材質(zhì)，具有外形美觀、體積小、重量輕、扭矩大、噪音低、高效率、使用壽命長等特點。精密減速機全封閉內(nèi)加高性能潤滑脂，終生免維護。

相對其他減速機，精密行星減速機具有高剛性、高精度（單級可做到1分以內(nèi)）、高傳動效率(單級在97%-98%)、高的扭矩/體積比、終身免維護等特點。多數(shù)是安裝在步進電機和伺服電機上，用來降低轉(zhuǎn)速，提升扭矩，匹配慣量。 

按輸出方向分主要有兩種：直線型和直角型；
按級數(shù)分一般有三種：一級減速（一般為小于10：1）、二級減速（一般為大于10：1而小于等于200：1）、三級減速（有的品牌沒有第三級，最大減速比做到100：1，一般劃分原則就是大于100：1），但微型行星減速器可做到五級，減速比最大做到4592：1；
基本上精密行星減速器都是三個行星輪與一個太陽輪組合。

The precision planetary reducer is mainly designed for servo motors/stepper motors, with the greatest characteristics of high precision and large transmission capacity. Of course, it can also be equipped with power sources such as DC motors, single-phase motors, synchronous motors, and various three-phase asynchronous motors. The precision planetary reducer adopts a planetary gear structure design, uses high-performance alloy steel for special heat treatment, and the flange is made of aluminum alloy material. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, small volume, light weight, high torque, low noise, high efficiency, and long service life. The precision reducer is fully enclosed and equipped with high-performance lubricating grease, which is maintenance free for life.

Compared to other reducers, precision planetary reducers have the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision (up to 1 point per stage), high transmission efficiency (97% -98% per stage), high torque/volume ratio, and lifelong maintenance free. Most of them are installed on stepper and servo motors to reduce speed, increase torque, and match inertia.

There are mainly two types according to output direction: straight and right angle;
There are generally three types of speed reduction based on the number of stages: first level reduction (generally less than 10:1), second level reduction (generally greater than 10:1 but less than or equal to 200:1), and third level reduction (some brands do not have a third level, and the maximum reduction ratio is 100:1, and the general classification principle is greater than 100:1). However, micro planetary reducers can achieve five levels, and the maximum reduction ratio is 4592:1;
Basically, precision planetary reducers are a combination of three planetary gears and one sun gear.
